Alongside weekly yoga classes, I offer seasonal workshops and special events throughout the year. These gatherings create space to slow down, reconnect and spend time with movement, breath and stillness in a more immersive way.
Each event is shaped by rhythm, intention and the needs of the moment. Some may focus on longer practices, others on ritual, reflection or seasonal themes, all held with the same care and presence that guides regular classes.

Numbers are intentionally limited to keep the environment personal and supported, allowing you to soften, settle and fully arrive without distraction.

Autumn Equinox
As the light and dark come back into balance, you’re invited to pause with us to welcome the Autumn Equinox in a deeply restorative seasonal immersion.
Together we will move through a slow, grounding flow, breathwork, meditation, journaling and a gentle equinox release ritual.
This is a space to soften your nervous system, reflect on the season that has been and set clear intentions for what comes next.
We will be joined by Amanda Cardillo from Tocumwal Myotherapy, who will be offering gentle upper body pressure point release through the neck, shoulders and scalp to support deeper release.
We will close with seasonal offerings from Odesi and The Pretty Platter & Co. to help you ground and integrate.
