Asana + Alchemy offers vinyasa yoga classes in Cobram, welcoming students from Tocumwal, Finley, and the surrounding region. Each session is shaped with intention, supporting nervous system awareness and honouring the body’s natural rhythm.

Meet Steph

Hi, I’m Steph — a yoga teacher, dermal clinician, and wellness guide with a deep respect for the body and its intelligence.

My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience,
particularly around stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. Through my own journey, I came to understand how profoundly the body responds to safety, pace, and presence — and how powerful gentle, intentional movement can be in restoring balance.

Asana & Alchemy was created as a space where movement feels supportive rather than demanding; where you’re invited inward, rather than asked to perform; and where care is offered with respect, warmth, and reverence.

This is a place to soften, reconnect, and exhale.

A slower, more considered approach to yoga

Asana + Alchemy is intentionally different from fast-paced or outcome-driven yoga spaces.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Breath-led, nervous-system-aware sequencing

  • Space for choice, rest, and self-trust

Vinyasa Flow & Slow Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga (also called Flow) is a breath-led movement practice that encourages fluidity, strength, and presence. Classes are guided with awareness and rhythm, offering space to move with intention and tune into your own natural pace.

Events & Seasonal Workshops

Throughout the year, I offer workshops and seasonal gatherings shaped by rhythm, reflection, and ritual. These offerings create opportunities to slow down, reconnect, and explore movement and stillness in a more immersive way.
