Yoga & Movement Offerings

Classes, workshops and seasonal experiences for connection and stillness

Asana & Alchemy offers a considered approach to yoga that honours breath, presence and the natural rhythm of the body. This work invites you to slow down, tune inward and reconnect through embodied movement and moments of stillness.

Rather than following a fixed formula, these offerings are shaped with care and attentiveness. Each practice supports nervous system awareness, helping you feel more settled, present and supported in your body.

This is yoga designed as a practice of listening. An invitation to notice sensation, respond with awareness and move in a way that feels sustainable over time.

An intentional way of practicing yoga

Yoga and movement at Asana & Alchemy centres on breath-led movement, thoughtful pacing and deep listening. Practices are guided with attention to regulation and presence, creating space for both movement and rest to exist within the same experience.

You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, take pauses when needed and respond to what your body is communicating. Awareness is prioritised throughout, supporting a steadier and more connected relationship with movement.

Classes designed for presence & regulation

Weekly yoga classes offer an ongoing way to practice intentional movement and breath awareness. Each class is guided with clarity and care, supporting strength, mobility and embodied awareness without urgency.

Classes provide space to explore movement in a way that feels responsive to your energy on the day. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to practice, you’re invited to arrive as you are and move with awareness.

Seasonal events, workshops & rituals

Alongside regular classes, seasonal events and workshops offer opportunities to slow down and spend time with movement, reflection and integration in a more immersive way.

These gatherings may explore longer practices, seasonal themes or moments of ritual and intention. Each event is shaped by rhythm and presence, creating space to pause and reconnect beyond the weekly class structure.

How yoga supports your health and wellbeing

Yoga + Movement is designed to support you beyond the studio. The way you move, breathe, and respond during practice can shape how you meet the rest of your day.

Over time, this approach may support a greater sense of steadiness, clearer awareness of your needs, and a more regulated nervous system. Many people notice subtle shifts in how they respond to stress, how they rest, and how they relate to their bodies outside of class.

This isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about creating more space to move through life with presence and care.
